The freedom to operate status of GENEART’s optimization and production process (based on regular patent searches) and the fact that all essential steps of GENEART’s gene optimization and production process are GENEART’s own proprietary developments or are in-licensed from third parties offers our customers maximum protection for their future products against a potential infringement of third parties’ rights in the optimization and production process used by GENEART.
