ITERATE Solve Truncation Libraries
Incremental truncation libraries generated by the ITERATE Solve technology trim a gene around a defined core region successively, which allows for the simultaneous truncation of a gene from the 5' and the 3' end, respectively.
Advantages
- Resource saving: Keep your screening effort as low as possible. More correct clones due to absence of system based out of frame mutations (no Exonuclease digests).
- Highest success rates: Raise your success rate by the inclusion of all possible variants with diversities of up to ~ 40.000
- Highest quality: Screen less clones. Low ancillary mutation rates guarantee more functional variants. Library correctness > 90 % (depending on length of the gene; mutations will be substitutions in most of the cases)
Applications
- Solubility screen
- Minimal functionality size evaluation
- Domain identification
- Inhibitory screenings
- Epitope mapping
Quality control
Peer group sequencing of up to 96 clones.
Deliverables
- Library cloned in customer vector
