Standard Sequencing
GENEART offers high quality sequencing at reasonable prices. Our service is based on our state-of-the-art equipment from ABI and a skilled team with several years of sequencing experience.
Standard template preparation
Plasmids in liquid form and purified (e.g. Qiagen, Macherey & Nagel): 200 - 500 ng per sequence reaction in 8 µl water or 10 mM Tris (no EDTA!).
PCR-fragments in liquid form and purified (e.g. Qiagen, Millipore) with 20 ng DNA/100 bp.
Standard primer (M13(-21); M13 rev.; SP6; T7; T3; BGH; GL2, RV3; NCMV30; CCMV24) are available at no extra charge. In case you provide your own primer:
We need 10 µl at a concentration of 10 pmol/µl. Please utilize - as far as possible - 0.2 ml tubes.
