Complex/repetitive sequences
In most cases, it is not possible to produce repetitive sequences, complex secondary structures or DNA sequences with very high (> 80%) or low (< 20%) GC content using conventional gene construction methods. We have developed a unique proprietary technology that allows fast and reliable synthesis of complex sequences (references available on request) with an extremely high success rate.
And best of all - in many cases these projects require only the same amount of time as our conventional gene synthesis projects.
Example of repetitive gene structure: Dot matrix plot of analyzed gene. Sequences were plotted on horizontal and vertical axes (stringency 100, window 9). Any section with a similar sequence is indicated by a diagonal row of dots.
Example of very high GC content
Average GC content: 61%
The plot shows the GC content in a 40 bp window centered at the indicated nucleotide position
