GENEART manufactures plasmid DNA using the Qiagen anion-exchange resin developed exclusively for the purification of nucleic acids. High DNA homogeneity (≥90% ccc form) and purity with low levels of endotoxin are hallmarks of this purification procedure. If necessary, further increase of plasmid ccc content and reduction of endotoxin content is possible through additional column purification steps.
Stringent quality control ensures plasmid DNA of the highest quality
Each non-GMP grade plasmid DNA lot undergoes extensive testing, and a comprehensive QC report is supplied with every plasmid DNA batch. Sterility testing and assays for E. coli genomic DNA, RNA or protein are available on request. The GENEART sequencing service can provide sequence analysis of the parent plasmid as well as the final product.
