Customized plasmids
GENEART's gene synthesis platform is used for individual vector design through modular, easily exchangeable fragments encoding regulatory or functional elements.
An individual plasmid DNA vector can be constructed to meet your specific requirements by assembling
- Premade (existing) modules
- custom-made elements
Individual elements can be derived from PCR amplification (where applicable) or generated synthetically, providing the option of special features.
In addition to assembling functional and regulatory elements, the use of GENEART's optimization tools provides support features such as:
- Increased genetic stability of vector constructs

- Addition/deletion of immunologically relevant sequence motifs
